WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Tower Properties was started in Brainerd, MN in 1986. In 2000, Chad Schwendeman purchased WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Tower Properties from Paul Bower. Partner Travis Banks came on in late 2000. Matt Pelphrey and Dan Kavanaugh became partners in 2005, with Tim Bosch joining the ownership team in 2006.
