In 2008 my wife Sue & I moved from our Lakeville Minnesota home to our Pelican Lake home in the Brainerd Lakes area & transferred our real estate licenses from the Twin Cities.
I accepted the position as sales manager for the Weichert Realtors Tower Properties office here in Brainerd and have enjoyed most every moment. In just 3 years as Weichert affiliate office, we have experienced tremendous growth in numbers of agents plus sales in the Brainerd Lakes area. In both 2009 & 2010, our office has been the #1 seller of homes in Crow Wing County & well on our way to claim the #1 spot in 2011.
